Tzatziki

This Tzatziki recipe is a quick and easy way to add freshness to your meals.


Ingredients:

  • Cucumber chopped in small cubes.

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Garlic ( could be chopped or in paste )

  • 1/2 Lime (juice)

  • Sea salt.


Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix, taste and add more of any of the ingredients you wish.

  3. Serve and enjoy.

  4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
