Warm Tuna Salad with Spinach and Chickpeas.

This delicious and warm tuna salad is nutritious and simple to prepare on a lazy day. Normally, I think of tuna salad as a refreshing plate when the weather is warm, but since it hasn't been that warm, I've made this warm tuna salad.

Ingredients:


Instructions


For the Chickpeas:

  1. Place the chickpeas on a preheated pan.Let them grill.

  2. Then add a pinch of salt and honey, stir a little so the honey gets to all the chickpeas.

  3. Let them caramelise, and set them aside when you think they're done.


For the Salad:

  1. Sauté the onion and spinach in a pan for a few minutes.

  2. Then incorporate the tuna, mix a little so it gets cooked a bit.

  3. Add the Red Sauce and stir again.

  4. Once all mixed, pour the salad in a bowl

  5. Add the chickpeas and the Feta Cheese.


Tip: If you don’t have Red Sauce, use a can of chopped tomatoes instead.
