This delicious and warm tuna salad is nutritious and simple to prepare on a lazy day. Normally, I think of tuna salad as a refreshing plate when the weather is warm, but since it hasn't been that warm, I've made this warm tuna salad.

Ingredients:
1 Canned Tuna.
Spinach.
Chopped Onion.

Chickpeas.
Feta Cheese.
Instructions
For the Chickpeas:
Place the chickpeas on a preheated pan.Let them grill.
Then add a pinch of salt and honey, stir a little so the honey gets to all the chickpeas.
Let them caramelise, and set them aside when you think they're done.
For the Salad:
Sauté the onion and spinach in a pan for a few minutes.
Then incorporate the tuna, mix a little so it gets cooked a bit.
Add the Red Sauce and stir again.
Once all mixed, pour the salad in a bowl
Add the chickpeas and the Feta Cheese.
Tip: If you don’t have Red Sauce, use a can of chopped tomatoes instead.
