Wild garlic season is here! This simple recipe for delicious butter might be of interest to you if you enjoy the flavour of garlic!
Ingredients: Quantities? as much as you like.
Wild garlic.
Butter ( may be salted or not ); If you prefer it unsalted, you can add a pinch of salt to the mix.
Minced Garlic ( for extra taste)
Instructions:
Let the butter cool at room temperature, so that when mixing it, will be easier to incorporate it.
Chop both the conventional garlic and the previously washed wild garlic.
Put some of your wild garlic aside.
Put the butter, the mince garlic and the wild garlic in a blender. ( and the pinch of salt) taste, and add more as desire.
Place the mixture in a bowl, add the remaining wild garlic, and stir with a spoon until everything is incorporated with the butter.
Place the mixture in a sheet of plastic foil and roll it up like a sausage.
Enjoy this spreadable wild garlic butter after putting the butter in the refrigerator for 30 min.
